WHAT TO KNOW
Meet at the address below on the date and time that you select. If we cannot go out due to weather you have the option for a full refund or to reschedule.
Split Rock River Trailhead
2437 MN-61,
Two Harbors, MN 55616
There is a state park entrance fee you are responsible for there.
Typically we will wear wet suits depending on the water temperature so bring shorts, tights or a swimsuit to wear underneath them. All the gear and equipment needed is provided, sunglasses as well as a water bottle are suggested. Tandem kayaks are used for stability. We cater toward beginners! Trip sizes are kept small (2-6) for a personalized experience.
We ask that paddlers are at least 100 lbs and/or 12 years old. In our experience it starts to become difficult to accommodate at about 270 lbs or above as it is hard to maintain stability and balance in the kayak but contact us for more information or body types.

Where do we go?On half day trips we will be paddling the "Mainland Sea Caves" area in the park. This four mile out and back shoreline paddle launches and lands at Meyers Beach.
