Gile or Flambeau flowages
Unveil the Wild Wisconsin Flowages
These large inland lakes have a distinctly wild flavor. If you love sighting eagles, catching fish, and relaxing under the scented cedars like we do, you'll love our Gile or Flambeau Flowage tour.
We favor Lake Superior, but sometimes, the “Big Lake” is just too rough. The Gile and Flambeau provide wonderful alternatives! Also, the Flowages are wonderfully family and kid friendly (check out the pictures!). Here you’ll find a really safe and relaxing environment for introducing young families to the thrill and enjoyment of wilderness kayak-camping.
